HOW TO REGISTER
Registration for the Soldier Half Marathon Race is on Active.com. Click here to register. Please note that Active.com charges a processing fee in addition to the race registration fee.
MINIMUM AGE FOR HALF MARATHON
The minimum age to register for the Soldier Half Marathon is 10 years old. Our race committee takes seriously its responsibility to provide for the safety of the runners and believes that training for and running a 13.1 mile race is best done after a runner has reached at least the age of 10. Age 10 is the minimum age our race committee has decided for the 13.1 mile Soldier Half Marathon.

The Soldier Half Marathon course is a 13.1 mile course that starts and finishes at the National Infantry Museum. The start line and finish line are on the Avenue of Flags along the east side of the National Infantry Museum. The first 7.5 miles of the course are on Ft. Benning. The remaining miles are out and back on the RiverWalk from Oxbow Meadows to the Water Works Treatment Facility, then returns on the RiverWalk to the National Infantry Museum. Marathon course is certified as a Boston Marathon qualifier. The USATF Certification Number is USATF GA17064WC.
Packet pickup will be at the National Infantry Museum on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 6:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
Half Marathon finishers will receive a commemorative t-shirt and a medal. Overall winners and age-group winners will also receive awards.
